Blair, Pastor Light House Childrens Home initial Board of Directors consisted of Billy and others. Light House Childrens Home opened in October 1977 as a temporary residence for boys and girls of all ages after funds were raised, the ground was broken, construction began, and the building was completed. The home became a home only for troubled teen girls in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
