The hostnodes uptime and availability of your services are guaranteed within the bounds of this Service Level Agreement. SLA Tier they is always activated by default for all services. Services with a particular level of criticality may be upgraded to support SLA Tier II or Tier III if necessary. Please contact their support staff to improve your SLA tier. ITLDC sites, the accessibility of the user portal, and other support systems are not covered by the Service Level Agreement. Only purchased and paid for virtual and dedicated user servers are covered by the SLA. ITLDC cannot be held liable for the condition, configuration, usage, or content of a user's virtual and dedicated servers based on common sense, privacy policies, and data security compliance.
