From primates the size of white to powerful predators, residents of Isle of Wight Zoo will be fascinated and amazed. Isle of Wight Zoo is based on Sandown Beach, the BBC Countryfile titles 2019 Beach prize winner, which is located on the island's east coast. It started as a family business and recently became a registered charity, The Wild heart Trust, dedicated to fulfilling its global ambitions to make a meaningful impact on the health of the natural world and to actively improve the welfare of people caring for animals. The foundation aims to promote the survival of endangered species through first-rate educational and recreational experience, model animal management, conservation and research. Zoos are known as big cat rescue centers, where everyone moves permanently in zoos with different backgrounds at all stages of their lives.
