About Integra Home Theater
Home theater receivers or AV receivers, CD players, DVD players, and Blu-ray players are all made by Integra Home Theater, a division of the Japanese manufacturer Onkyo. It is a well-known brand in the custom residential installation industry and works well with major brands of home automation systems. This is where the name Integra Home Theater comes from, which means integration and fusion. Onkyo first used Integra Research as a brand name to market its most expensive products in 1969. In 2000, Onkyo established Integra Research as its own division. Many home automation systems come pre-configured to work with Integra products or offer Integra products-specific programming or support modules.
