About InMit
InMit is unique because it is not even a diet. It never tells you what to eat and what not to eat. Instead, all it does is to tell you when to eat. It is just an eating pattern! The most popular method of doing it is the 16/8 Method - this means eating within a specified 8 hour period during the day. Then you fast for 16 hours in between!
