In 2003, Huck Products began designing and manufacturing upgraded accessories for different models of Total Gym. It found Total Gym to be a great workout and decided to make performance components specifically for heavy users of Total Gym. It started in Melbourne, Florida, using a local machine shop. In 2006, it moved to Tennessee, bought 4.5 acres and built a 3,000-square-foot store. It also bought the first Harding lathe and began making its own parts. Since then, it has purchased its second more capable Harding lathe, which has a sub-spindle and live tools that can operate on both sides of a part. Huck Products specializes in parts that often break down, such as wheels, cables, handles, foot covers and so on. Its goal is to keep all gyms running better than when they were built. It is a family business.
