Hitting Knob is the most revolutionary strike aid on the market today. It was designed by a player/coach and enthusiast who have been engaged in baseball for a long time, using physics and good old-fashioned experience. Hitting Knob took hundreds of hours to design and produce products. The first few prototypes were pieced together from pipe fittings, rubber couplings and band saw barbell ends, but their functions were sufficient to verify the theory. Soon, they got the help of a product designer and mechanical engineer to design process and weld the steel prototype, and send it to several major league players for their feedback. They continued to prototype and test several versions of the hitting knob, from the sliding "swing weight" size to fit a specific bat, the universal design utilizes the "click" mechanism to finally rigidly connect, regardless of the knob size and style.
