About Healing Through Movement
Healing Through Movement have injury recovery and pain relief programs in place to quickly get you out of the pain loop and back to your favorite activity - using a research-based exercise sequence, you can easily perform exercise at home. Here's the story: Back in 1994, they started working as personal trainers and exercise therapists. Their main goal? To help people overcome pain and hurt that cannot be eliminated. Healing Through Movement are shocked by the number of excellent, healthy people whose doctors or other "specialists" can do little to help. Many of their clients tell them that their specialists and therapists are unable to pinpoint the cause of the problem. To make matters worse, their prescribed exercise routine often leads to even greater pain. It's still very new in the industry and it's a wake-up call for them - most "traditional" painkillers don't work.
