About Gateway Harley Davidson
Only a couple of miles South of I-55 from the Entryway Curve you can track down their grounds. The Gateway Arch dominates the St. Louis region from their showroom windows. You'll always find a Gateway home, whether you're a local or just passing through to see the many ways Route 66 goes through their city. Earl Widman, a WWII D-Day veteran and AMA Hall of Fame Racer, founded Gateway Harley Davidson in 1948 under the name Broadway Harley-Davidson. The showroom spent numerous years on South Broadway in St. Louis City until 2002 when a new proprietorship would move from Broadway to its ongoing area changing its name to Entryway toward the West Harley-Davidson, an epithet the showroom had since the time the Door Curve was worked during the 1960s. Gateway Harley Davidson is entering a new era, continuing to sell Harley-Davidson motorcycles to St. Louis and recognizing their shared history with the region.
