About Fitness With Pj
They have been a certified personal trainer since 1995 and during that time Fitness With Pj have spent the better part of their career helping women over the age of 40 get fit and fierce. They love squats, lunges, a good burger, and a gin & tonic on ice with a squeeze of lime (the lime is a MUST). Their days consist of walking their hound dogs, filming YouTube workouts, learning new training techniques, helping women feel fabulous while on the weekends Fitness With Pj enjoy dragging their loving husband and hound dogs out on a hike, or you can also catch their writing a passion of that gets them just as revved up as a good workout does.
