About Eighth & Main
The 18-story Eighth & Main building in Boise, Idaho, is in the western United States. With a height of 323 feet (98 meters), it is the state's tallest building. It houses Holland & Hart and other businesses as well as the Idaho headquarters of Zions Bank. Eighth & Main construction was finished at the beginning of 2014, and on February 15, the grand opening was celebrated. Since 1987, the site, which was previously known as the pit and the Boise Hole, had been abandoned. Holland & Hart LLP, Ruth's Chris Steak House, CTA Architects Engineers, First American Title Company, Clenera, LLC, and the Idaho Technology Council are some of the other tenants in addition to Zions Bank. The Idaho & Snake River Rooms, which make up half of the top floor (17th floor), are available for limited public rental for community and non-profit events.
