Dragon Beaux is the cerebrum offspring of long-lasting restaurateur couple, Willy Ng and Jenny Huang. While Willy Ng found Koi's Palace more than 20 years prior, they put a cutting edge turn on its creation for a refined culinary encounter. At Dragon Beaux, conventional shrimp dumplings are finished off with Chilean ocean bass, BBQ pork puff baked goods are offset with unpretentious pleasantness of natural apple… all culinary creation stick to their vision for the up and coming age of Chinese food: positive flavors with perfect regular fixings.
