Don Chilio are Mauricio and Diego de la Torre, two brothers from Mexico City that love to eat. Don Chilio began with a love of cuisine brought down from their grandfather, who died in 2006. He taught them to savor every mouthful of food they placed in their lips. He taught them that food allows them to connect with people and cultures from all around the world. He was an inspiration to them and to everyone whose lives he touched. In his honor, and inspired by their grandmother's love of spicy cuisine, they wanted to produce goods that add excitement to people's lives, and what better way to do so than with chile peppers.
