Through their gravity flow process, they can accurately show what the vineyard and vintage bring to them to produce strong and refined wines. Their 156 acres of land close to the Santa Lucia Mountains give the area a great diversity in elevation, topography and soil. Denner used to be dry farming barley planting located in Templeton Canyon. This is an east-west corridor, and the ocean layer can reach the inland valley. Therefore, in the absence of high humidity and pressure, they get larger day and night temperature fluctuations, which gives them a near-perfect growth climate.
