Which may seem a little weird to you customers, but the door was actually intentionally moved to the back of the building when the Cosi Cucina's concept was crafted. The idea was to create an inviting, cozy atmosphere, much like home. You come in the back, next to the open kitchen, where you are greeted by the delicious aroma of its original wood-burning oven and house made dishes.
