About Chimac
Chimac started in the town of Wings, the first restaurant in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It is here that they honed their wing recipes and feel that they are ready to welcome a larger city with a more developed flavor. After they left the Chattanooga project, it developed a strategy to spread their time in kitchens in New York and New Orleans to showcase the original flavors of New York's Chinatown/Korean Town and dabble in N'awlins Cajun-style cuisine. Chimac's KBBQ teaching was organized in Seattle, where braised dishes dominate the gorgeous, evergreen Seattle's quick menu streets.
