Established by pastry specialist Ran Zimon in 2010, Bread Lounge is a cutting edge pastry shop & coffeehouse including a determination of conventional European bread and baked goods. Made with wild yeast, they highlight vegetarian bread such as their baguettes, ciabatta, multigrain, sourdough, and other pieces. They too heat a long list of baked goods day by day, counting croissants, danishes, and special Mediterranean cakes such as borek, and the Jerusalem bagels. Come for a brioche and a coffee.
