About Black Sheep Restaurant
Black Sheep Restaurant is a Hong Kong-based hotel group founded by Syed Asim Hussain and Christopher Mark in 2012. Together, they shared decades of hospitality experience and a passion for traveling and discovering the subculture of dining. Black Sheep Restaurant plans a unique dining experience, telling a story about a specific time, place, culture or cuisine, while celebrating the generosity of quality ingredients available locally and abroad. The Group continues to break through boundaries and continues to expand rapidly in Hong Kong and other regions. In December 2018, Syed Asim Hussain became the youngest restaurant owner in the world to receive two Michelin stars, BELON and New Punjab Club Receive a Michelin star. Both restaurants have retained Michelin stars in their 2019 statements. The New Punjab Club is the only Punjabi restaurant in the world to receive a Michelin star.
