Bike Rack is a family-owned, locally-operated retailer that has been dedicated to serving cyclists in eastern Nebraska since 1972. Initially, they were just a small place at 108 in Omaha and the robin. In 1997, when the owner of Blue's Bike and Fitness purchased a bike rack and marked both stores as bike racks, they were proud to be part of the Lincoln Bike Community. They now have 35,000 square feet of bicycles, accessories and services in Omaha and Lincoln Nebraska. Bike Rack proudly says that as a locally owned company, the money spent in Nebraska stays here to benefit their communities. Their owner is an active advocate, at the city, state and national levels, to promote and protect bicycles as a healthy sport and a clean means of transportation.
